UP Police Constable Result 2024 Live: The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) will announce the result of the Constable recruitment examination soon. When announced, candidates can check it on uppbpb.gov.in.
The recruitment test for 60,244 Constable vacancies in the Uttar Pradesh Police took place on August 23, 24, 25, and on August 30, 31, 2024.
“We are already assessing the OMR sheets, so we expect to release the written exam result by the third week of November for the second round of the recruitment process.
The board stated that it had cancelled all incorrect questions, and it will award marks to every candidate according to the directives of the Allahabad High Court.
UP Police Constable Exam: 70 Objections Validated, Results, Cut-offs, and Merit List to Be Released Soon
A senior board official added that 29 questions had more than one correct answer. For these questions, the board will award full marks to candidates who selected one of the correct options.
The board found a total of 70 valid objections, including 25 cases where questions were incorrect, 29 questions with multiple correct options, and 16 questions whose answers in the earlier released keys were incorrect and corrected in the final key. Along with the UP Police Constable written result, the board will also share the cut-off marks and the merit list of candidates for physical tests and document verification.
Over 34.6 lakh of the 48.17 lakh registered candidates (including 15 lakh women) appeared for the written exam, with 12,049 vacancies for women and 48,195 for men.
