New e-Auction Scheme For 13 Industrial Plots in Greater Noida, Apply By November 18

A fresh e-auction initiative for institutional plots in different areas of Greater Noida has been implemented by the Uttar Pradesh administration. Spearheaded by the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA), this scheme permits competitive bidding on 13 industrial plots situated in strategic zones like KP-5 MU, Sector 10, ITEA-02, KP-01, and Tech Zone 4.
The program’s applications have commenced since October 24th.
The program encompasses land parcels spanning from 1,000 to 10,005 square meters, with minimum prices ranging from Rs 2.99 crore to Rs 35.17 crore. These parcels are designated for use by higher secondary schools, hospitals, nursing homes, paramedical institutes, vocational training centers, and educational establishments.
Allocation of the Biggest Parcel and Business Areas
In the MU sector, the largest plot designated as HO-02 covers an extensive area of 10,005 square meters with a reserve price set at Rs 35.17 crore. On the other hand, the smallest plot in Sector 34C of KP-01 spans 1,000.45 square meters and is priced at Rs 2.99 crore.
The GNID authority is allocating plots for 43 commercial shops and offices, as well as 20 food stalls and necessary amenities. The sizes of these plots vary from 10.40 to 400 square meters, with prices ranging from Rs 13.65 lakh to Rs 2.57 crore.
The auction application deadline falls on November 18, and it is anticipated that the entire scheme process will be finalized by the end of November.
